History has witnessed CHACE completing its mission on 14th Nov. 2008; (while M3 got operational in Dec-2008) the CHACE data was ready to be published within a months time. However, it was only in March-2010 that "International Scientific Community" blessed the permission to get the data to published... thanks to the editorial board members of Planetary and Space Science.
